I need to repair or repalce the hatch plinth on my Trintella 29.
The plinth is leaking badly and I am unsure as to the most effective repair.
The hatch plinth is made of wood, the roof appears to be herringbone ply and covered with calico or canvas (painted)
I was thinking of making a surround from hardwood and 'Sika flexing' it in place around the original. - Or should I just take it all off and replace with new or faired-in GRP?
