Can anyone help ID the hatch in the pictures?

It has been painted at some point, but looks to be aluminum under the paint.

The only marking I can see on it says '5H30'.

It's leaking so I'm looking for a new rubber seal, the perspex just seems to be sitting on top on the rubber seal with a load of sealant holding it down, doesn't seem right to me.

Thanks..

I don't know what it is but the hinges are nothing like hatches made in the last twenty or more years, or not that I've seen. I do wonder if the sealant behind the rubber seal was a bodge job after the hatch started leaking, normally the seal fits the hatch perfectly.

If you do want to fix it yourself then you should find the seal to match but getting all the old sealant off is almost impossible. Unfortunately you might need a new hatch.

I can't identify it but having the perspex stuck down directly onto the frame is not unusual. Sometimes there are some tiny screws through the frame into the perspex to hold it while the sealant is going off. I suggest you clean it up a bit to see what is there. Seals direct http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/ keep a good range of sections once you know what you want.
