I have a gib sea 442 built in 1990, recently the main sliding hatch cover split down the middle after been overloaded by an over weight friend. Any idea where one might be able get one of these off the shelf or made up. The hatch is 1020mm long X 900mm wide X 20mm thick, it has a raised curve of 25mm. The original is made of 20mm heavy smoked plastic (possible acrylic). I have no problem buying the acrylic or polycarbonate, getting the curve in it seems to be the problem. any suggestions would be ofa great help. Regards Pierce
