Hi, I raised the legs to beach mode to give them a scrub before leaving for home today then lowered them and ran the engines to show my eldest sister how the exhaust works (she's always had an interest in engineering). I think my port exhaust bellow has come off, what do you reckon looking at this video?

thanks

Oh dear looks like the sterndrive has fallen off!

Feel sorry for you mate, guess you had an expensive weekend looking after your sisters and now you have a boat lift to fix the exhaust.

it's due a mid season lift and hold to scrub her bum mate so will get it sorted then, only a 5 minute job to reattach / replace with no need to drop the drive to do so.

It is Paul. there's a recess on the VP drives that the bellow slots in to with the clamp then clamped over the recess. No need to use glue and if I recall coreectly, the installation manual says not to but will check

Definitely no glue.
But it's worth finding out in advance if the jubilee clip thingies are still around somewhere, else you'll need new ones.
(and the the bellows itself is still there?)

good call David, the bellows are due their change at the end of this season so will but a set and change it a few months earlier than expected if needed i.e. when I lift her out the water next time we're out and about
