Hey, if you guys don't want to de-sticky it, far be it from me to quash any hope. I'll leave it up to Keith or whomever to make the decision, but whatever you decide is fine with me. As for the rest of you, your fighting spirit is amazing!

Al and Tina, of course your suggestion made me weep and I think it's a wonderful idea. I'd suggest David's birthday, September 23rd.

Trevera, 21:00 is 13:00 in Los Angeles so obviously it'll be a boozy lunch for me. I'll see you and others here then.

Barbara, your spirit is wonderful. Do think that I agree now with tcm that it's time to de-sticky, as everyone that could help has probably seen the thread.

Most of the regulars will have settings that this thread can be revived at any point if anyone posts to it, and a new one created to let other members of the forums know if there are updates, so it won't ever go away, so please post here if you have any news.

NB I'd rather be having several with David, if he and Colros drift into St.Kitts or any other haven.

Just a quick note to heave this (very heavy) thread back up to the royals again, to join Trevera's thread where he proposes that we have a toast in honour of David at 2100.

In the wake of that successful virtual get together on the other thread just now, here is an update for anyone who didnt join in - the next bash to commemorate and celebrate the life and times of David & Colros will be at Southampton Boat Show on Sunday 23rd September, quite possibly at the Guinness stand sometime in the afternoon. Make a note of it in your diaries!
