Has anyone revamped their interior?

I second the recommendation for Formica. Have used it extensively to replace tired wood, tiles and even headlining panels.
Trimming it is not that hard (sharp scissors will do) and then glue it in place with epoxy mixed with colloidal silica.
It can be bought in very large sheets or slighter smaller ones which are door skins. Both will roll up and go in the back seat of a car.

Here are the heads before and after. The off-white is Formica.

I have been looking around for a supplier of formica in small sheets suitable for a few locker doors. Can you recommend anyone?

Go to B&Q and have a look at their excellent colour charts for bathroom silk emulsion. Sand all the wood you want to change from varnished. Now apply 2 coats of the emulsion in the colour you have chosen (we like the pastel colours best) Now to the wood work sand down to bare wood and apply 3 coats od Ronseal satin quick drying varnish and apply the varnish to the emulsion as well. No I am not daft we did this in our old 6 ton Falmouth Pilot and it lasted for 20 years till we sold her and the new owners changed the colour scheme but they used the same paints and varnish. You could also use a product from Ronseal called Paint & Grain. Be bold make the colours warm and bright. After all you live in the boat. Have fun and good luck
