I had to read it for book club and I thought it was the biggest piece of hooey I've ever read. I'm just curious what others think. I can't believe it's on the best sellers list.

I read it about 6m ago.
Started off being quite a revelation but i have to admit I soon tired of it's Christian sweetness and lost interest.
I did manage to get to the end.
I think the one problem all these types of books suffer from is that the revelation at the end can only ever be a disappointment because the real mysteries of life are hidden from us mortals anyway.

I have read this book one year ago.I used to read this book in small parts, daily one or two chapters at night. It is marvellous book. This book is for people who want to know one man’s thoughts on God and what heaven will be like.I think everyone should read this book.

It has sat on our bookshelf for over four years. Someone gave it to Mrs Dougie for her Christmas. I am not against religious books at all, but something has always stopped me from getting into it.

I read it and liked it. My partner thought it was rubbish and she reads a lot more than I do. For someone who is agnostic, I think the book's representation of God and her relationship to humanity was interesting. As a novel it was less impressive.

Yes I have read it and enjoyed. It didn't actually tell me anything new because I am fairly liberal in my theology. I wish more Conservative Evangelical Fundamentalists would read it though. I think they might find it quite challenging and might even broaden their views.
