Has anyone flagged under Poland?

I was interested in anyones experience of getting their boat flagged under a Polish flag. By experience I mean what was the process, did you use an agent if so which one and what challenges did you encounter?

To be clear I'm not interested in VAT paid status just to head off that tangent before it appears! I have proof of VAT paid and it is a dutch flagged boat living in Europe. So please no VAT chat

Yes, and yes I used an agent - Yacht Registration Holland. Very simple process with them, send some documents and 3 days later you get a temporary registration followed by a permanent registration card a month later.
