If you have recently had a new generator fitted I would like to hear about it. What set you went for and why. Any problems you have encountered with either your new or old set. In particular I would like to hear of any experiences with a variable speed generator.

it is a Dometic travel Power 3.5

I have bought the unit in Holland from Dynastart for 3250 euro, mounting kit for D3 and all bits included.

I had another quote from "Ledgard Bridge Boats Limited"in UK, at 2000£ without mounting kit

I am not sure about the price for a 5KW unit.

agree,
less weight and less space,
and no extra fuel tank,
so why not ?
