Has the Harwich Shelf ECB been removed or mislaid? Couldn't spot it anywhere exiting yesterday. May just have been the moderate chop making it more difficult than usual to spot but was a little puzzling.

I was wondering if the Temporary Notices should also be in regional areas as well as an overall list. I had chosen so far not to have a separate set of regions because it's a little bit of extra work copying the overall list into the regions (and deleting) but I appreciate it might be tedious to trawl through all the list.
