Is the Harwich Sea festival worth visiting?

Went a couple of years ago and had fun. Sea shanty groups were good. General atmosphere of jollity. One of the Martello's had a pirate drama or some such going on.
A pleasant day out, we're thinking of going if we're not sailing. And the weather is kind.
