As said, very friendly staff, moor on inside if possible, but jutting out metalwork is unforgiving - I have a chip on the transom from earlier this year. Oh and your fenders will get filthy from tarry deposits. I did to the harbourmaster that the pontoons could be easily modified to 'fill in' the gaps between the metalwork and you'll get more boats in BUT he said tgere is no money!
