Bob, you are confusing mooring fees with harbour dues.
A quick look through the Falmouth website and it seems that only commerciial shipping is charged Harbour Dues.
Is that the case?

I suspect that the mooring fees include a proportion for harbour dues but these are not stated seperately. I consider Falmouth Harbour charges to be reasonable and the Harbourmaster and his staff most helpful.

£41.66 is just the Harbour Dues, doesn't included the Mooring charge or Crown Estates, you can add about another £2000 to cover those.
