They're linked from places like <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/>http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/</A>.

They do ask that the images be uploaded somewhere, rather than linking direct to them - because thats effectively 'stealing' their bandwidth.

Happy1 knows where to get the gifs..

They don't mind linking direct the annimated gifs, But they do ask for the headers and backgrounds to be downloaded.
