Ha\'penny Pier Harwich

We called in last week for lunch & a quick explore, first time for a couple of years.
We found the harbourmaster welcoming,helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Why aren't there more like him?
Pity the pontoon is so subject to wash from pilot boats etc.
