I was with Rene only last week - we stood on the quay together then he went off to his beloved barque Surcouf having taken an evening pastis with the old men and myself.

Completely false and nasty rumour promulgated to hide the fact that Hans Blix was recently eaten by sharks.
As we all now know from the film Team America: World Police N. Korea's Kim Jong had Hans eaten by his pet sharks.
