Half-round in brass or aluminium

Hi

I am looking for some half-round metal strip - the sort of thing you use on the keel of a dinghy - about 1/2" wide would be fine.

I don't seem to be able to find any in Sussex.

Anyone got any ideas where such stuff might be sourced?

Think its known as 1/4 round as its part of an arc ?

Don't ask for "half round". I did once and got some stuff that was semi-circular in section. Weighed a ton and was very hard to bend round the sharp corner at the bow of a YW Dayboat. Actually, I had to cheat and take a kerf out of it. which was hard work. I never did find what I should have asked for. Make sure you see what you are getting before they cut it.
