Hagg?

Yes, I think it is a Hagg and its not a coincidence! (I think its Island Harbour and I have to pass there this week)

About 14 months ago I was being picked up by Dick Atcherley in his boat in Yarmouth from the fuel berth. A very interesting boat was milling about waiting for fuel. I was quite taken with it, but didn't know what it was.

I now think its the boat next to the Princess, I'm not sure how I came to think its Hagg though. But anyway, the ebay listing of the Princess made me recall about Hagg so I started this thread!

That's one heck of a good looking boat - but the idea of looking after twin RR motors has sent my wallet into a spasm...

I think the Hagg had the B60 or B80 RR diesels as fitted to tanks etc. Not the marinised Silver Cloud lumps (which have taken lumps out of my wallet!)

MF tucked up in the big shed?

FC heading into shed today once engines craned out.

Gosh - I had no idea that there was a diesel version of those engines!

MF in a big shed and I'm putting together my list of winter tasks. The deck is an issue that I need to deal with and really I want to go back to the painted deck that was original to the boat....discussion to be continued elsewhere, methinks. ;-)
