I think this one, having avoided the dead hand of public funding, might have an end product.
It certainly harmless, quite small scale and I can't see it's ripping funding from any comparable scheme that's more worthy.
Your right about a global "value" sailmaker too. Instead of the strangle hold the more racing orientated lofts.
