Guernsey Things to do

Sorry for the confusion!
We arrived on Sunday 14th and were berthed in front of a Princess, who turned out to be admillington - apologies for not getting to meet you. You departed just before the low swept in, and nothing moved again until yesterday evening when a couple of yachts arrived.
I haven't seen Play d'eau this year in Beaucette.
I would agree with all the previous recommendations as to what to do on Guernsey and suggest a 'Puffin' card for the buses. £15 buys you a card preloaded with 26 trips, so it's less than 60p a ride, whether it's one stop or all the way round the island. Take the bus 91 or 92 for a trip all the way round. It is a great way of establishing your bearings, and you can then choose where to go back to for a longer stay.
The weather this week is looking good so we will probably head of to Dartmouth/Torquay/Weymouth in the next couple of days.

I had to get back to work so we were watching the weather hence the reason we left - the sea was flat all the way across - visibility was interesting at times.

Sorry we didn't meet up.

Have a good crossing.
