hi all and many thanks for your wishes

heather has been kept in hospital maybe until tuesday...

got a note from the harbour master saying i have to move the boat tomorrow to make room for the life boat open day...lol
never rains but it pours, to top it off the curry house was full with 2 hour wait...lol

shes in good hands and has 2 drips in and pain killers so should be ok.

Bloody hell Steve, Bet that was a shock but at least she is getting the right medical treatment.

Best wishes to you both, hope Heather is well very soon.:)

I spent a couple of days in Guernsey hospital while holidaying there a couple of years ago, I was lucky with friends on the Island but I thought my days were numbered at the time (pm sent with details ).

If you decide to leave the boat and ferry/fly home I am sure you will find plenty of volunteers here offering help with logistics/crewing for you ( thats me for 1).

I know its the last thing on your mind now but you should really find time to phone your Insurers.

Some Insurance covers for repatriation cost (flights home for you both and pro skipper for your boat).

Best wishes

Pete
