I find inflatable rowlocks are terrific. Not the type of rowlocks typically seen on an inflatable tender, I mean inflatable rowlocks.

They can be repaired using GRP, but I prefer using whipping twine and Sikaflex. Or whipping cream. And any leftovers, blended with VAT69, make nice xmas pie-filling.
