Greenland Dock

Does anyone moor in this dock? I have a flat near to it and it would be very convenient. Boat is a sailing yacht 13.45metres loa with a 4.0metre beam, 1.95metre draft and 22metre air draft.

Any information would be appreciated including where to apply.
