Hello there,
I have rather disgusting green marks on my rolled up genoa, loks like some kind of microscopic algae or something similar. I could say it was like that when I bought the yacht, but must admit I am the only one to blame...
Does anyone out there have experience in removing that kind of stains?
Genoa is cruising grade Dacron, nothing fancy or high tech.
Already tried liquid all purpose bio soap, which does wonders on th hull and deck but no success on sails, be it with a brush or an abrasive (green) sponge. Fire or buying a new sail are no options.
Thanks a lot,
Cheers, Alexis
