A couple of years ago I chartered out of Athens through Nautilus and was happy enough. However, I get paid in Euro and was paying in GBP. With the current exchange rate being disadvantageous, I was looking into local charterers that were priced in Euro. Are there any recommendations for local charterers in the area?

On a side note, given the state of the Greek economy, and the exchange rate, are there UK customers that might feel a little ripped off under the current circumstances?

The problem is that there are few charter flights from Dublin - I'm rather limited to scheduled flights to Athens

Yes, I did see that, though the last charter was Sat to Sat. If I can find a local company doing a Sun to Sun charter, I'll give it a serious look.

For many years I have been using MG Yachts who are based at Kalamaki, Athens. They also have bases elsewhere in Greece.
They have always given me a good deal. Their prices are often a tad lower than the completion. From Kalamaki I have sailed around the Saronic, down to Milos and onto Thira(Santorini), around the southern and northern Cyclades, etc.
I have also taken one of their boats from Corfu on a one way charter and sailed it to Athens using the Corinth canal.
