It would still be on you're Bill of sale surely they would look at this

I have never shown them a bill of sale. They want Insurance, SSR or Part1, passport of all owners and Old Dekpa - which has it on. So coming from abroad - just ditch your old DEKPA.
For the saving on 3 months (for me) frankly its not worth the risk, especially when you look at the fines in the draft law.
