Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour

Does anybody on here know what is happening with the construction work at entrance at the moment? I believe they are having a second go at building the new caissons to narrow the gap. I priced some work on there and heard no more about it so I'm just curious about how it is going.

Do you think Eastport would make more money if they turned it into a marina and built "luxury flats" on the site.
