Just wanted to share this with the rest of the forumites..
I purchased an Isotherm Magnum ASU unit 2 years ago which has served me wonderfully. recently the control unit packed it in, basically through a fault of one of my guests aboard.
Nevertheless, the unit was replaced, no cost, overnight delivery, once the fault was traced to its origin.
So far I have never come across service like this!
