Hi guys
Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the service and quality of the new covers I had made by Jeckells & Sons Ltd and Andrew Jeckell. For a reasonabe price (in marine terms lol) we had the old covers repaired and brand new ones made to match the existing covers but with a few improvements. We can now have the back cover open without taking the whole thing off, improved the privacy covers and the straps for rolling the covers up. Some of the improvements to the old design I suggested but Andrew obviously took care seeing where the old covers had worn and improving the reinforcment in those areas.
We had one minor issue where the side covers had a strap which was not quite right, quick call to Andrew and he was Thames way that day and popped in and sorted them within a few hours of my call and called me back to tell me it was all done.
Have to say every interaction I have had with his business and staff has been friendly and unusually these days I felt like a customer.
So thumbs up to Jeckells has been my experience
