ordered a mecruiser engine workshop manual from Stem to Stern in Ohio, USA.
Cost 60$
What arrived was a stern drive manual.
I e emailed them and they sent the correct manual, at no cost, and told me to keep the stern drive manual as it was their mistake.

Funny and typical - the fact is they cocked up the first time.

Its how they sorted your problem is the testament to a good company - no hassle and now you think they are brill and have told us lot so ....... they get loadsa business from us....

Strange init.... I know a company who did the same thing DELIBERATLY ... cocked up and sorted. The publicity was real cheap .....
