Yes, I'm sure there's a post or two about it on here. Some have overnighted on there waiting for the tide for St Kat's entrance, don't know about any longer.

It's very good actually, stayed there last Thursday and was a stopping off point for St Kats. Very handy as only about 30 mins to St Kats which means you can get the first lock in and beat everyone else, well on an early lock in anyways... Leccy on card and water available, great pub over looking the boat and 2 supermarkets within 2 or 5 minutes walk. Colin the HM very nice chap as well if you like Thai, the restaurant there is fantastic, part of the Blue Elephant chain, Royal Thai Cuisine, very very good, and just a tad on the pricey side...
