Great flat bread on board

old thread revival - but I treid these last night ot the exact recipe and was very impressed.

Finished them off by brushing over some melted garlic butter butter.

Very easy.

Although I recommend using a dry frying pan and finishing under the grill. And don't even try to use a pin, oiled hands - slap the dough ball onto the pan and pus out with fingers to get it shaped - worked a treat!
