What do you recommend to grease a Delrin sheave spinning around a staniless steel spindle in a Lewmar deck organiser?Thanks

I use McLube to good effect

Regular rinsing with fresh water. Any grease will hold dirt, forming an effective grinding paste and accelerating wear.
