Not with off the shelf nipples as they only come with a length of thread approx equal to the thread diameter; you could use a die and cut a longer thread on a long reach nipple. TBH your purpose might be easier served by just bonding them in to the hub caps with epoxy or using half nuts.

You can get grease nipple extensions, e.g. Extensions And Adapters

Tnx penfold, perfect, yes was going to epoxy / seal them in

recon I’m going for a bigger M size so more thread and a dab of sikka
currently one has come loose after one year, used about 20x, so good service and bearing perfect
