I'm amazed that the cylinder head bolts are only torqued up to 10 Nm. That's much less than a spark plug and one could do easily achieve it with a 10mm ring spanner.

If i recall these bolts are M6 in a hard cheese alloy. Very easy to twist off by heavy handling. A ring spanner will (over) do it by how much? Use a torque wrench on head bolts always.
