Does anyone know of a GPS that displays distance to 2 decimal places ie 12.41??

Is there a GPS where a distance can be inputted ie not having to star on zero (after a trip reset) ?

What have you got the display settings set to Km, Statue Miles or nautical miles?

Not sure what you mean in your second sentance. Is this the distance to a waypoint?

Distance from/to what? If it's distance to a waypoint, my Raymarine kit displays two decimal places (of nautical miles in my case, but I'm sure it's the same in other units) routinely. I don't think you can put in a distance offset as you request; I'd be interested in why you think you want it as it sounds to me like there may be better solutions.

Distance along track is a function of the log, not the GPS, and I think that's only displayed to one decimal place on my ST60 log display (I rarely use it). But that's not a GPS function, and 1 decimal place is probably a fair representation of the attainable accuracy from the log.

My Garmin GPS72 gives the trip odometer and distance to next mark to 2 decimal places and I would expect just about any other GPS to do the same. Speeds are given to 1 decimal place.
I can't 'set' the trip to anything other than zero.
