a lazy so and so not prepared to struggle with 200 pages of closely typed incomprehensible instructions.
Does anybody know if my back up plotter,a Navman 5380i,will produce an output usable by my ICOM 411 and Raymarine RC 420 chartplotter to give a GPS location ?
Have found an Evermore GPS receiver on on Ebay to do the job but reluctant to install yet more wires to tangle on boat.

I avoided reading all 200 pages by using the table of contents :)

The answer is yes, the connections are shown on page 55.

Thank you.It does and it works.

Both ICOMs now give position on display, going to try coupling up the the 520 today.
Original GPS receiver, which failed, hidden somewhere inside depths of flybridge mouldings, reluctant to buy new receiver, which by the way are now avaialble on Ebay even cheaper due to somebody else importing to UK.
