Gouvia marina expereience anyone?

Any Forumites based in Gouvia or berthed there recently?

Looking at moving there and seeking advice on what marina is like, are the berths sheltered , maintenance and guardiennage facilities ??

All advice welcome?

As good as it gets in Greece. All facilities on site. Very much geared to non resident owners, although there are many liveaboards and in season large number of charter boats. Convenient for airport, but no direct flights in Nov-Mar, but daily flights via Athens.

Not particularly well sheltered as it is in a large bay open to the NE, but protected from NW by the mountains. Safe to leave boats all year round.
