Incidentally - your sign off. I've always used a slightly different approach - "we don't know what we don't know" although it takes people a little while to get their head round it.

Bit of a long story, I will tell you another time if you really wan to know, but I have moved on now. Great forum though, I am learning every day. Can't take it all in, but a bit like mud and a wall I guess, throw enough at it and some will stick.
