Any recommendations where to get good quality plywood - something much better than Jewsons etc "marine plywood" which although stamped will delaminate very quickly when wet.

Similarly anywhere local (say Maldon to Woodbridge) where 316L stainless steel bolts available over the shelf in larger sizes?

Need to build a battery box within the cockpit & the bolts are for the windlass & replacing a few chainplate bolts.

try Reeve and Son for the bolts/set screws/machine screws. Not sure if they do the larger sizes but worth a try, they do A2. They're at 126 High St, Maldon, CM9 5ET tel 01621 853332. Parking in the street for an hour foc. They might do wood as well.

Suffolk Fastners is in the Boss Hall industrial estate, behind the Morrisons in Ipswich. V. helpful
