Hi all,
I've been through 3 sets of these Gill deck boots: Gill Breathable Leather Deck Boots. 912: Amazon.co.uk: Sports & Outdoors
And now a set of these Gul boots: 2020 Gul Fastnet Deck Boots Tan / Navy DS1005 - Sailing - Accessories - Footwear
They're damn comfortable but after a while let water seep through.
I don't use the boots just for the deck, but also for walks through the woods etc.
However, I don't want to go through a 4th pair of these boots in a short space of time, so it's time for change.
Any recommendations? Looking for practical boots for bad weather / walking through the woods / on deck which are also quite comfortable (ie. neoprene on the inside).
The leather ones are quite nice looking, I must admit. But I think it's time for practicality to take preference over aesthetics.
