Good liveaboard?

How about a motorsailor - something like this?

or look on boats and outboards under the motorsailor section - plenty there for under £50k

I've seen these before. Unfortunately, I really don't like the look of them.
So far, the best option seems to be a Moody 346 with a cockpit enclosure. I'm sure I can get one at a good price, and if necessary, fit it up to be nice and comfy to live on.

Cardo,
I have also considered living aboard while having a full time job in London. Have you found any resonable mooring/marina/etc? To me this seem to be the most difficult bit...

There are two or three marinas that are apparently kind to people living aboard. South Dock Marina and Limehouse Marina, they're both in the Docklandsish area, and there's people on this site that live at these.
