Golfe du Morhiban - Taking the dinghy

We are going on holiday to Brittany next week and will be camping next to the Golfe Du Morbihan, I am going to take the inflatable and outboard along together with an inflatable canoe.

Does anyone know if I'll need to get a local permit of some kind for the dinghy?

I was hoping not to need my ICC as unfortunately I have seem to have let it lapse...
