We chartered a Beneteau 393 from them in June. This was their own boat and being just a few months old was in excellent condition. Most of the other boats are managed charters.
Generally very friendly and the charter was handled efficiently. We were even given free tickets to the adjacent National Maritime Museum.
Manoeuvring in the inner marina (controlled by sill) is a bit tight, especially with an unfamiliar boat, so best to arrange for the boat to be put on the pontoon outside.
