bush is worn through on one side.

Does the material need to be delrin or will nylon do?

Where can I get a flanged bush 25mm I/D and 28mm O/D approx. 30-35mm long?

Recommendation of Kenneth on another thread not working as not answering phone.

Any advice appreciate.

Googling brings up oilite a sintered bronze flange bearings but surely someone turns bearings to size?

If you want a DIY solution, before I obtained bushes from Kenneth I actually thought of making them in two parts using PTFE sheet (about 1mm thick would be right, but you would need to check). THe actual bush would just be a strip of the material rolled into a circle, and the thrust face a washer cut from the same material. For the bush closest to the wheel there is no reason why it has to be a one piece top hat, as it cannot fall out. The difficult to replace inner bush is another matter as the thrust face is between the sprocket and the frame. PTFE sheet is better bearing material than Nylon or Delrin IMHO.

EDIT. Bronze sounds an attractive option but any grit that gets embedded in it may wear the stainless shaft, something that does not seem to happen with the plastic bushes, which simply wear away themselves, which is the preferred option.
