Gocek Water

If you are willing to take water with jerry cans :

Just 1,5 miles South of Göcek, bay is called Günlüklük.
Anchor in front of the well or at the back of the bay.

See pic, well at the arrow.

Very good water, direct on the beach. Well may be slow this time of year.
We used water from there for many winters, drank it to. The water is coming out of the rocks, then goes into a small reservoir. Not a dammed river with a hose attached.
Water was tested in 2003 and proved to be very good.
See pic.

Another possibility is the Yacht Mola restaurant at Boynuz Buku which has hoses on the jetty. I have seen boats come in and just take water, then leave, which is a bit of a cheek in my opinion, but if you eat there you can fill your tanks, as I have done a few times.

Just bear in mind that over there the half a mile long black above ground hose is connected to a open reservoir filled by a small river.
Same at the big hose -jetty where the private water boats take water for Zeytin Adasi.
Once surprised a wild hog taking a bath in that reservoir.
Glad I did not take water from there.

Does this refer to the water available at the restaurant at Boynuz Buku?

Yes, just follow the hose. No hog there but it is river water. Could contain a lot. Dead birds ex.
The wild hog was in the bay without restaurant where water carrying gullets collect at the pontoon. ( Atbükü koyu )

I have to ad it is about 5 years since I was there. Things could have changed.

yes we used the hose by the little jetty in Sarsala last year with no problems with jerry cans. Also if you anchor off the beach at park north west of Fethiye there is a good water supply ashore for camping. We filled up there last year again with cans. Be aware that if you leave your boat unlocked and disappear ashore you may get broken into. when we were there last June, an English motor boat had locked their doors but left a hatch unlocked and someone swum out and stole some cash.
