Where would you recommend we go explore, late July/early August for 3 weeks ( or so ), beyond 50ºN/6ºW and heading SE for Asterix the Gaul country. OK, Tean Sound and The Cove qualify en route!
Conventional 34' sloop, draws 1.8m, averse to 800+ berth marinas and 'plages', lots of chaincable. Bridge team prefers 'interesting pilotage' to 'fiendish Su Doku'. Distinct preference for still anchorages and old malts, but planning to turn left this year after Lundy, instead of right, for the apple brandy and oysters.
Thinking of wee places like Ile Molene and La Chambre, Le Yandet and Chenal du Portsall....
