What glue to stick wood to fibreglass? Not structual, its just to mount a small plywood panel to mount other items on.

Gripfill bonds very well to wood and fibreglass and quite cheap to buy.
Gripfill is brilliant, but it's strong enough to pull the ply or the fibreglass apart if ever the panel needs removing. Gripfilling a couple of battens, then screwing the panel to the battens would work well though, and prevent condensation damaging the panel.

several; different glues can be used

Epoxy resin can glue wood to GRP

Sika flex will also seal and glue wood to Grp

I have used polyurethane waterproof wood glue

CT1 as said above

Do not use polyester resin as used in GRP as it does not stick very well to wood

PU Wood Glue ... its my GoTo for most jobs now ...

Only thing to note - is it foams up and expands as it cures - so any joint needs to be pressed together till set.

But if you only use it on corners - its easy to cut through with scalpel / box cutter blade if you want to remove the item later.
