Glasgow River Festival suggestions for prizes please.

The official Glasgow River Festival 2008 website is now live here and a Facebook page here.

I want to try and make it a bit more interesting for visiting crew and boats and wanted to organise a small competion with a prize for best dressed boat but I would like something else but don't know what.

Any (polite) suggestions to get things heated up a bit?

The event is on the weekend of July 19/20 adjacent to the SECC and Science Centre.

There things that any boat owner would appreciate that make good prizes. First Aid kit is one idea. Spare life jacket. Spray jacket or water proofs for additional crew. Wine of course is always good.
Sailing gloves never go astray. Hats in various forms are good.
Fenders are always useful. Tools can go well.
There are many things to choose from depending on your budget.

OK, I can see where I've caused confusion. I can lay my hands on some worthwhile prizes, what I actually wanted was suggestions for more categories for the competition.

Apart from best dressed boat, what about anything else? Something non too onerous but good fun perhaps?

Oldest boat; oldest Clyde-built, furthest travelled; best restoration; community contribution (disabled, youth training etc); most innovative (propulsion environmental etc.
The list goes on.
