Gibraltar Marinas

I am planning to keep my Bavaria 32 in the Med for a few years. I am thinking of dipping my toe in the Med water by keeping it in Gibraltar. Ideally I'd like access to electric and water.

Does anyone have any advice on where to keep it and yearly berthing fees. Thanks

Gib/La LInea

Hi,

Am leaving for Gib next week. Plan to stop over in La Linea in Spain and the Marina in Gib - if I can get in, I haven't used La Linea before but Marina Bay is to be recommended, price for a 34 Bav is about £15.00 daily.

La linea is the cheaper option. But if for tax reasons you need gib (like me) and when I say tax, I mean the 180 day rule, (someone else can explain that better than me) then marina bay will be your best bet.

I can tell you now that getting a long term berth for under 12m is dead mans shoes in queensway quay allthough they will happily charge for 15m berth.....

You can get a long term berth in marina bay no problem
